La Casita Nueva is a renovated villa in the residential area of Monte los Almendros near the Moorish village of Salobreña with stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea.

The villa was renovated in 2014-2015 and is located on the luxury urbanization 'Monte de los Almendros' (mountain of almonds) in Salobreña. It is an hour's drive from Malaga airport. The villa is located in a quiet street and can be entered via another small street at the rear. By car it is only 10 minutes to the village and the beach. The living room has two sliding doors overlooking the terrace, swimming pool and Mediterranean Sea. One has a bath with shower, the other two have a shower. The bathroom of the master bedroom has a rain shower. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. There is central air conditioning with heating and cooling which ensures that the temperature is always comfortable.
Due to the sub-tropical climate, this coast is called "Costa Tropical", it has about 320 days of sunshine a year, but the summers are never extremely hot, unlike inland Andalusia. Even in winter the average temperature is around 18 degrees or more. The ski slopes are easily accessible by car, it is about an hour away. Unique for Europe, you can ski in the morning at "Sol y Nieve" with 100 km of slopes and in the afternoon you can eat calamari on the beach! To the left of the house there is a small tropical garden with a palm tree and some fruit trees such as lemon and orange. On the terrace you can enjoy the view from the jacuzzi. In the evening, this garden can be beautifully lit. There are two parking spaces at the rear near the entrance gate, as well as a one-car garage off the main street.
