Can I cancel my reservation?

You can cancel your reservation free of charge within 24 hours after the booking date, unless the stay falls within one month after the booking. If this period is over the cancellation conditions apply as stated in the rental conditions (to be found as an attachment to the reservation confirmation or on the website).

How do I submit a change later?

The passing on of a change with regard to a booking can be made by e-mail to or by telephone +34 958 61 20 27

How do I find an available holiday accommodation?

You can find an available accommodations via the search engine on the homepage of the website.

You can select by destination, city, length of stay, number of people, month and arrival day. After confirming this search you can then make a selection by means of the various characteristics in the left column.

Another option is to type an accommodation name in the search box on the right side of the homepage. You can also search by destination or holiday park.

I can not find a suitable holiday accommodation? Can you help me with this?
