This is a new (2018), luxurious and spacious villa with a state-of-the-art architecture. It has beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea and the picturesque whitewashed village of Salobreña, with its 15th century Moorish castle. The villa also has a private heated swimming pool (10 x 5 m) over a large south facing terrace.
The bright and spacious living room with integrated kitchen has a fantastic view through the glass front with sliding doors that give access to the terrace. The outside seating area has a large awning so you can choose whether you want to enjoy the beautiful view in the sun or in the shade.
The kitchen is well equipped with all modern appliances, as well as a cooking island with a number of bar stools, so you can enjoy a glass of wine together while cooking. There is a gas barbecue on the terrace. In the utility room you will find the washing machine, dryer and freezer.
There are also two spacious bedrooms on this ground floor. The master bedroom with king-size bed and en-suite bathroom is suitable for wheelchair users. The second double bedroom has a separate bathroom.
On the ground floor there are three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Two bedrooms have two single beds and one bedroom has a king size bed. The bathrooms are modern and equipped with a walk-in rain shower; one of them has a bath.
The whole villa has central air conditioning for hot and cold, which can be controlled individually in each room. There is parking for three cars on site.
The Villa is located on the beautiful hill Monte de los Almendros. The recreational area of ââthe hill is within walking distance. Owners have free use of the communal tennis court, large swimming pool, children's pool, football pitch and playground. In addition, a small restaurant is open during the summer months.
The beach, restaurants and shops are a 10-minute drive away. The airports of Malaga, Granada or Almeria are easily accessible. There is much to see and do: the Sierra Nevada ski resort, where you can also hike, is less than 75 minutes away, so you can ski in the mornings (December to April) and relax on the beach or by the pool. There is a golf course 10 minutes drive away which is right on the beach. The picturesque mountain villages of Las Alpujarras are nearby, as are the beautiful cities of Granada with the world famous Alhambra palaces and Malaga with its historic old town, cathedral and Picasso museum.
