The most beautiful view of the Monte de los Almendros

Access
Access from street level to this large villa with spectacular views is on the top floor. From there it is immediately clear that the view is the most beautiful of the entire Monte de los Almendros. The plot is one of the highest on the Monte and offers views of the Mediterranean Sea, but also of the coast as far as Torrenueva. Through a side window one can even look inland and see the snow-capped peaks of the Sierra Nevada.
When you enter at streetlevel you first come into a courtyard. From there you can go in three directions. Gates to both the right and left side provide access to a staircase down to reach the lower floors of the house and garden.
Through the middle door you go into the house and enter the hall. The entrance to the central living room is through impressive folding doors with a stained glass window depicting the sunset.

Living area
The living area is on the top floor, to of course optimally enjoy the view. An open kitchen and an open dining room are adjacent to the living room. A covered terrace runs in front of the living room, which can be reached through two different sliding glass doors. The terrace offers a view of the larger of the two swimming pools, which is located one floor below. There is a fireplace in the corner of the terrace so you can sit outside on cooler evenings. The small swimming pool is located around the corner of the house on this floor. The small pool is heated, as is the large swimming pool at the front.
On the top floor, in addition to the living room and kitchen, is the large bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a very spacious walk-in closet, which is so large that it could also serve as a bedroom. The fantastic sea view is always visible from both rooms.
From the hall there is access to a toilet, which you can walk through. If you leave through the back door, you enter a room that originally served as a garage. It has now been turned into a second kitchen, but this has been done in such a way that it can be undone very easily if you prefer to put the car inside. It is also possible to turn this into an extra bedroom and add an outside door that gives access to the terrace in the corner where the small swimming pool is located.

Independent apartment
To reach one floor lower, go outside through the courtyard and take the stairs in the corner. The door is reached via a beautiful piece of garden with fruit trees, which gives access to a complete apartment with two bedrooms. There is a living room with open kitchen. This is followed by a small hallway that gives access to an office, which can of course also be used as a bedroom, and then two bedrooms, both with their own bathroom. You can admire that impressive view from every room on this floor.
If you go outside at the back of this floor, there is a second door with a space for the washing machine and dryer behind it.
But if you go outside at the front, you stand at the edge of the large swimming pool. On the far left corner of the terrace is a beautiful permanent stone bench with Andalusian tiles and next to it the outdoor kitchen for long summer evenings with friends, family and delicious food. On the right side of the house there is a room for tools and garden furniture. There is also a staircase in this corner. The stairs lead downstairs to the garden and upstairs you return to street level.

Gymnasium
Back to the left side (if you stand with your back to the house and face towards the beautiful sea view) the stairs continue down. There is another floor under the house and there is a large room in it, which is now used for sports. And for after exercise there is a sauna and a steam cabin with massage jets.
Next to the large mirror wall in the sports room is a door that gives access to a very large space that is now used as a storage for building materials, but which can be turned into a habitable space with little effort and resources.
Outside, at this height, which is at the very bottom compared to the entrance at the front door, there is an additional access to the site large enough to drive a car into.
In short, this is a very large house with many possibilities and the most impressive view in the neighborhood.
