The most beautiful view of the Monte de los Almendros

Access
Access from street level to this large villa with spectacular views is on the top floor. From there it is immediately clear that the view is the most beautiful of the entire Monte de los Almendros. The plot is one of the highest on the Monte and offers views of the Mediterranean Sea, but also of the coast as far as Torrenueva. Living area

The stairs lead downstairs to the garden and upstairs you return to street level.

Gymnasium
Back to the left side (if you stand with your back to the house and face towards the beautiful sea view) the stairs continue down. There is another floor under the house and there is a large room in it, which is now used for sports. And for after exercise there is a sauna and a steam cabin with massage jets.
Next to the large mirror wall in the sports room is a door that gives access to a very large space that is now used as a storage for building materials, but which can be turned into a habitable space with little effort and resources.
Outside, at this height, which is at the very bottom compared to the entrance at the front door, there is an additional access to the site large enough to drive a car into.
In short, this is a very large house with many possibilities and the most impressive view in the neighborhood.
