This is a new (2018), luxurious and spacious villa with a state-of-the-art architecture. It has beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea and the picturesque whitewashed village of Salobreña, with its 15th century Moorish castle. The villa also has a private heated swimming pool (10 x 5 m) over a large south facing terrace.
The bright and spacious living room with integrated kitchen has a fantastic view through the glass front with sliding doors that give access to the terrace. The outside seating area has a large awning so you can choose whether you want to enjoy the beautiful view in the sun or in the shade.
The kitchen is well equipped with all modern appliances, as well as a cooking island with a number of bar stools, so you can enjoy a glass of wine together while cooking. There is a gas barbecue on the terrace. In the utility room you will find the washing machine, dryer and freezer.
