On this level there is a living room with a comfortable sofa and dining area, a table that seats six people and a modern kitchen that opens out onto this luminous space. You can enjoy the impressive views while lounging on the sofa or the comfortable chairs. The modern, open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary equipment to prepare succulent meals and it also offers an American-style bar with two stools. A door from the kitchen leads out to a terrace where you will find a gas barbecue. This terrace also offers access to the main terrace and swimming pool. From the main living area there is access out onto the main terrace with its 8 x 4 meter infinity pool. The views from this outdoor area are sublime; you can admire the Mediterranean Sea, the village of Salobreña with its 13th century Moorish castle with rugged mountains as a backdrop. The main floor also offers a guest bathroom just opposite the lift.

The bedrooms are situated on the second floor which you can access either by the wide staircase or by lift. This floor has a total of three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with a big double bed (1m 60 x 2m), has an en-suite bathroom with double washbasins and an open, walk-in shower. This room looks out over the sea and there is access to a lateral terrace that runs the entire length of the villa and connects to the other bedrooms. The two other bedrooms are also equipped with large double beds (1m 60 x 2m) and also connect to the exterior terrace and both have windows with sea views. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with double washbasins, bathtub and shower.

Every room in the house offers access to multiple outdoor terraces from which you can enjoy the impressive sea views of the enormous expanse of the Mediterranean sea stretching to the horizon and if you are lucky, you may even be able to spot passing dolphins.

There is central air-conditioning on the main and upper floors. In the living room there is also a ceiling fan.

There is WiFi coverage throughout the house and it is also equipped with a television with international channels.
