In the Taramay district of Almuñecar is a large villa with three floors. The lower two floors are divided into four apartments with the possibility of a fifth. The top floor can be used as a residence for the owner.
The plot borders two streets, at the top at the top floor and at the bottom of the garden, with entrances from both streets. We start this tour at the top at the entrance to the house.
Right next to the door that gives access to the site is the wide gate through which one can drive the car onto the site. To the right of the entrance is a terrace with stone barbecue in front of the front door of the house.

You can find them all over the house.
Adjacent to the living room is an office space. This is a separate room, but because of the lack of a door it still has an open character. In the other corner of the living room, opposite the door to the hall we come from, is the door to the bedroom. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a single sauna, double bath and double sink. Also adjacent to the bedroom is a dressing room that is also used as a gymnasium with a number of fitness equipment.
French doors from the living room lead to a huge 100 square meter terrace. And also through the fitness room you can reach the terrace, so you can walk around.
Back through the living room we go through the door next to the hall door where we came out. This is the kitchen door. This very spacious double kitchen has two cooking corners, fully equipped stoves. One with a breakfast bar next to it and the other in the back corner.
We go down the stairs and through the door that closes the upper floor from the rest of the house. This door gives access to a large room that can serve as a common room or breakfast room, but can also be transformed into an independent apartment with some minor adjustments. Adjacent to this room there is a kitchen and a room that is currently used as a sauna, but could become a bedroom. The en-suite bathroom is already there.
On both sides of the large space is another full apartment with both a bedroom and private bathroom and kitchen.
The large terrace at the front of the house is divided into three parts with planters, so that each apartment has its own piece of terrace.
On the lower floor there are two more apartments, each with a bedroom. These apartments can use a common room with a washing machine. And the same large terrace as on the top two floors runs along the front here too. On this lower floor there are also spaces for garden tools or to store the garden furniture in the winter. Then we go to the garden.
In front of the house is a large garden divided over four terraces. On the top layer is the swimming pool. It is covered, so it can be used all year round. Next to the pool on the same level is an outdoor kitchen. There is also a bathroom here, so you don't have to go into the house for the toilet when you are in the pool.
The entire site is walled in, but a door in the wall on the lower level of the garden gives access to the street. In this way, any guests staying in the apartments do not have to pass through the living area on the top floor. In this way, both the guests and the owner have their privacy guaranteed.
